i made the cake. i want to try it so bad
i made the cake part like i said
with the fresh strawberry cake
and cheesecake
but then i changed the icing to this
1 lbs cream cheese
1/2 lb butter
2 cups powdered sugar
whatever flavoriing you want

make sure your cream cheese and butter are softened.
mix butter and cream cheese til well blended.
add powdered sugar.
this came from a professional or semi pro cake maker
and it worked great for my cake
even spread on the regular cake and the cheese cake filling

oh yeah
i frosted the bottom layer
put on the cheesecake layer (almost broke it, so be gentle)
since there was a little lip/edge thing from the cheesecake,
i mixed strawberry puree with some frosting and poured it in there
i forgot to take a picture, but here ya go, an afterthought
it was perfect
and i think is going to make this super delectable
then i put the top layer on
and i tried a new method of using straws to strengthen the cake.
i'm not sure if this needed it, but it would hold all of the pieces in place.
and it was easy, so why not

and iced that sucker with the cream cheese icing.
and smoothed everything out with dipping my spatula in a bit of water

i wish i could dig in. because i think this will be one of the tastiest cakes ever
who cares what it looks now
