when stress hits
and you don't have much time
or patience
and you eat *pretty* healthy
and haven't really wanted to eat healthy much today
finish off your day with some yummy chocolate chip cookies
and ncis
in a quiet house all to yourself (for the time being)

Mmm, sounds like the best remedy to a stressful day! I go for the chocolate too, and try and get lost in a good book :)
